We have just returned home after a wonderful month at 72 1st. Street Bonita Springs. The location was a perfect distance from the beach for us as we enjoy walking and cycling. The house was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed including wall mounted televisions in every bedroom, also a computer was available for our convenience which was terrific for keeping in contact with our grandchildren. In addition the pool and spa were absolutely gorgeous which we thoroughly enjoyed. Then last but not least we thank the owners Phil and Steve for helping to make our stay a pleasant vacation.

What a wonderful month! We were a little nervous about spending a whole month away from home but we couldn’t have had a better time anywhere else!

We were very pleased with our home for the month of March. It was very comfortable and made us feel relaxed. We loved the way it was decorated and the convenience of everything. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed their stay, too. The pool and the hot tub were very inviting to us and our guests. We enjoyed the closeness to everything. Golf was important to our son and his wife and we loved to go on different tours from Tampa to the Keys.

The days seem to slip by too quickly but it was a wonderful home. We can’t forget to mention the wonderful beaches and the beautiful sunsets!

Wow, you are on the ball! We are so excited that we chose this house and could not wait to be there. You better believe that we will come back for our family vacations!

Thank you to Phil for the super easy arrangements to stay in the elegant home! You guys were so accommodating even before we got here, we felt so welcome. What a wonderful 1st impression the interior of the house gives!

It was a perfect place to stay to enjoy the time with my brother, sister-in-law & baby nephew from New Jersey and to visit with our Grandfather at Bentley. The kids spent the days in the pool & the adults got their fill of Stone Crabs! It was great to be back in the area and we will be sure to recommend it to anyone heading this way.

All the info is so fantastic. We are a bit familiar with the area, my grandparents had a house on Marco since I was a child and we have vacationed there every year. Now my grandfather is at Bently and we have to get used to that new area up there. We will be taking a day trip to Marco, but plan to hang out at the house and explore the area the rest of the time.

We had a great time here! It was awesome. This was our families honeymoon. We wanted to take our girls on a trip that they will always remember to celebrate our new life together. We had a great time swimming and playing cards. We also took the girls to the ocean for the first time and we went on a nature walk 30 miles South of here. We saw several wild baby alligators.

September 2007 To the Newman’s! We have enjoyed our 6 weeks in your house. The pool area were the best for us. We love the water, the Bare-Foot Beach and the hot tub.

Nov 11 –23, 2007

This was our first venture into private lettings as we have stayed in hotels previously. My worries were that perhaps the place would not match the pictures on the internet. However the reality is that my fears were unfounded! This house is gorgeous and fully functional everything we needed is here and more besides! Even our baby granddaughter settled in as if she were at home! We bathed in the pool and the hot tub until we turned wrinkley, ate great food and shopped til we dropped!

Perfect holiday with perfect weather—what more can we say. Apart, that is, from our sincere thanks for a holiday to remember.

After a really exhausting year we were searching for a place where we can relax and enjoy the sun...and here we found it, and more!

For us, it is a perfect place to stay. It’s quiet, it’s got this wonderful terrace and pool ( not to mention the Jacuzzi.) and even the internet access to stay in touch with the family at home. That was important to us because of the birth of twins of my wife’s little brother.

The location is also perfect because the beach is nearby (lovely Barefoot Beach) and there are so many possibilities for shopping. A good thing for us Germans with the Euro being strong. And all the Christmas light here are amazing!
Unfortunately, the two weeks vacation are over too fast, but will surely come back. We have already added 72 1st Street to our favorite locations.

We are looking forward to coming back next year!

We know Florida since years and we love the weather, the Gulf and the shopping places. But if you deceit to spend the holidays there, a lot more is needed. You need a place where you feel like at home in order to enjoy all the nice things Florida can offer you. With 72 1st Street we exactly found what is needed for a perfect holiday. Starting with the first contact to Phil until the very well and lovely equipped house, everything was perfect.

We spend a very relaxing time in this little paradise and nothing was missed.

For all of us it is clear “we have to come back."

We made it back from our great vacation in Bonita Springs despite some terrible weather en route while driving back to Canada. We left early as planned on the Friday and made it home Saturday afternoon, having passed through rain and snow storms. It was much nicer seeing white sand than the white snow that is here now!

I wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home! We loved the nicely appointed house, the pool and spa were greatly appreciated especially during the chilly beginning. We jogged to the beach, collected shells and even got to take a quick and refreshing dip in the Gulf! We golfed a few times and shopped 'till we dropped. The restaurants in the area were fun and we loved the lemon tree.

The only disappointment was the lack of fuel in the BBQ tank which was not any fault of the house - just the honour system which didn't work too well. However we filled it and enjoyed a few nice grilled meals.

Thank you for all of your information - it was appreciated and we followed your clear instructions.

Our first visit to the Gulf of Mexico was so special. Our stay at this house was great. The amenities were perfect. The rental process was so easy and affordable. The owners went out of their way to make sure everything went as planned. We look forward to returning - hopefully in the near future. Highly recommend this rental.

We enjoyed our stay very much! Your home was great. This was the first time that we have rented a home through VRBO and we all agreed we would do it again in a heart beat!
